We process the data provided through the subscription form (name and email address) for the sole purpose of sending the weekly Eco newsletter, which is educational in nature. We do not perform profiling, we do not segment by behaviour and we do not share data with third parties.

The legal basis for the processing is the explicit consent of the data subject, granted by ticking the corresponding box on the subscription form. This consent may be withdrawn at any time.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as the subscription remains active. If you unsubscribe, the data will be deleted within a maximum of thirty days, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.
Rights
You may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, restriction and portability by sending a request to privacidad@monveraloria.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
